12.16.25: Unified and Deduplication of Meeting Assistants

Streamline collaboration. When multiple people from the same firm join a meeting, Abacor appears as a single meeting assistant —no more seeing 10+ separate Abacor instances. Everyone collaborates on the same shared meeting output, while your personal notes remain private.

Abacor automatically consolidates into a single instance when multiple firm members attend, keeping shared outputs visible to the group while ensuring your personal notes remain private. It also restricts access so non-attendees cannot view shared notes unless explicitly granted permission. To check if Abacor is already joining, simply hover over the people icon on the meeting card; if the icon is present, an assistant is already assigned and no further action is needed.
