Copilot Cowork Plugin

We use Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork, which now supports custom plugins using remote MCP connectors. Can your existing Abacor MCP endpoint be used as the remoteMcpServer for a Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork plugin? If so, can you provide the MCP server URL, supported authentication method (OAuth/DCR) and tool definition/schema required to configure the Cowork agentConnector?

Prep notes shareable

Would be nice to have prep notes sharable to users who are attending the same meeting. Could be toggled on/off to share.

Would be nice to have Branding settings be applied to all users on the account. This way this is uniform and professional for all users.

I want the ability to meaningfully split a live recording based on timestamps into more than one separate meeting/discussion. This is important because it's hard to remember to stop and start a new recording when moving immediately into a back-to-back meeting.

I want to be able to split a single live recording into two or more separate back-to-back meetings. This is important because when I have meetings scheduled immediately after one another, it's hard to remember to stop and start a new recording, and I end up with one long file that should be separate sessions.

OneDrive Integration for Note Syncing

I want to be able to sync my notes directly to client folders on OneDrive. This would help me keep all client documentation organized in one place within our existing file system.

Merge Duplicate Contacts

I want to be able to merge duplicate contacts in Abacor. Currently, I have many duplicates where one has a Karbon logo and another does not. It is difficult to clean these up manually, and a native merging or deduplication tool would help keep the contact list organized.

Manual task assignment for external guests

I want to be able to manually assign external guests as owners of tasks in the Action Items tab. Currently, the AI can assign tasks to external guests based on the transcript, but the manual dropdown only shows internal workspace members. It is important to have consistency so I can manually manage tasks for all meeting participants, including guests.
